The hotel itself had a clean and tasteful decoration and our room was spotlessly clean and newly renovated. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Plaza Mayor and the Aqueduct. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options for every taste. We also enjoyed the bar, which had great tapas. We highly recommend Palacio La Floresta for a delightful stay in Segovia.

The staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful, they made my Easter stay so comfortable. the room was lovely, spacious, and clean. the bed was incredibly comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions and the historic center. I loved being able to explore the beautiful old town and visit the Aqueduct and the Alcazar with ease. And there were plenty of delicious restaurants nearby to indulge in local cuisine.

the noise from the street was quite noticeable, so I would recommend bringing earplugs or using white noise to help block out any disturbance. However, despite these minor inconveniences, overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
